Bear Educational Services and Training (BEST)

Bear Educational Services & Training has partnered with the Big Bear Chamber of Commerce to launch a new workforce preparation program that focuses on soft skills and employability training.

The three Bootcamp courses are:

​

1- Getting a Job--applications, resume, interview, HR forms & work permits

2- Keeping a Job--soft skills employers want you to have

3- Promoting at a Job--move into management

​

Bootcamps will be held at the Chamber building 630 Bartlett Road in Big Bear Lake. Enter through the back door from the parking lot.
